Omar Stoute

Omar Stoute is currently the Director for Staff Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging at Ithaca College, a position held since January 2024, focusing on developing policies and training programs to foster an environment of equity and cultural awareness. Previously served as an Equity and Title IX Investigator at Cornell University from January 2022 to March 2024, and as the Deputy Title IX Coordinator at Ithaca College from November 2018 to January 2022, where responsibilities included conducting investigations and facilitating nondiscrimination trainings. Early career roles included Administrative Assistant in the Office of the Provost and various positions at Marriott Hotels and Starbucks. Omar holds a degree in Communication Management and Design from Ithaca College, completed in 2017.
