Gavin M. has extensive experience in medical assistance and occupational health, spanning over 29 years. Beginning as a Medical Assistant with the MOD Royal Navy from June 1990 to December 1998, Gavin transitioned to roles as a Medic and Occupational Health Advisor in various high-demand settings, including onshore oil rigs and offshore platforms in challenging environments such as Western Siberia and the North Sea.
