Liam Beaton

Liam Beaton is an experienced maintenance professional with a robust background in mechanical maintenance and supervision. Currently serving as a Maintenance Supervisor/OIM at Ithaca Energy since March 2020, Liam previously held the position of Lead Mechanical Technician at Petrofac, where the focus was on mechanical maintenance for various production and utility equipment onboard FPF1. With prior roles as a Mechanical Technician at BP and Petrofac, Liam has extensive experience in commissioning, start-up, and steady operations, utilizing CMMS and condition-based monitoring to ensure plant reliability. Liam's foundational education includes an HND in Mechanical and Marine Engineering from Glasgow College of Nautical Studies, earned between 2001 and 2004.
