Welcome to Ithaca Global Coaching Academy.

Life is a journey. We set out full of enthusiasm, hopes and dreams. We want to spread our wings and make a difference in the world. But the journey is not always smooth and untroubled. We travel for a while, have life-inspiring experiences, encounter and overcome hazards, diversions, our personal demons, and ultimately reach a destination that may be different from the one we initially aimed for. At certain points in our journey we need support to help us navigate the rough seas, regain self-confidence, achieve self-empowerment, embrace positive change, or change direction completely to achieve a fulfilling lifestyle and career.

I can be this supportive guide in your journey. I am a Personal Performance and Education Coach, Licensed Master Practitioner and Trainer of NLP, lecturer and author. My mission at Ithaca Global Coaching Academy is to reach out to you on your journey of personal growth and development and to help and support you deal with the challenges you face, embrace the opportunities you have and achieve your full potential, so you can reach your dreams and accomplish your personal and professional goals.

I offer coaching and mentoring programmes, and training, that can be tailored to individual needs on a 1:1 basis or to small groups and teams, and I also deliver seminars and workshops for larger groups. My signature coaching programmes include:

NLP Coaching and Training
Life and Career Development Coaching
Coaching and Mentoring in Education
