Ithaka is an investment manager dedicated to providing flexible capital to European mid-market infrastructure opportunities.

We target investments offering high current distributions, robust downside protection and multiple levers for value creation, with the objective of generating superior returns across market cycles for our institutional partners.

We deliver this through thematic sourcing driven by changing market dynamics, combined with a flexible capital mandate.

We apply a strict underwriting framework to achieve our target returns without assuming incremental risk.

Our name reflects our investment approach; Ithaka represents endurance, adaptability, disciplined execution and clarity of purpose.

Since inception in 2014, we have successfully invested across a range of infrastructure sub-sectors (including energy & environmental, digital, social, urban and sports infrastructure) and across the capital structure (including equity, debt and structured solutions), delivering significant realised returns to our investors.

Ithaka Infrastructure Partners SGEIC, S.L. is regulated by the CNMV (No. 233) as an Alternative Investment Fund Manager.
