David Lyons, SPHR, CCE, SCP, CCP, serves as the Chief Administrative Officer at iTHINK Financial since August 2019, following a significant tenure as VP of Human Resources & Marketing at IBMSECU from 2003 to 2019, where responsibilities included developing human resources, marketing, and business development strategies. Previous experience includes roles as Director of Human Resources at Seminole Classic Casino, Executive Director of Human Resources at Pegasus Airwave, VP of Human Resources at J.I. Kislak Mortgage Corp., and Human Resource Manager at A & H Manufacturing Co. Early career began as a Research Associate at Roger Williams General Hospital. David holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from the University of Rhode Island and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from SUNY New Paltz.
