Jens Binder

Jens Binder has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jens began their career at IVM Automotive in 1999 as a Control Engineer, Project and Team Manager. Jens then joined GIGATRONIK in 2002 as a Teamleader before moving to Daimler as a Project- and Teamleader. In 2006, they joined Altran as a Business Development Manager before returning to GIGATRONIK in 2007 as the Head of Site. Jens remained in this role until 2016. In 2017, they became the General Manager at ithinx GmbH before eventually becoming the Managing Director.

Jens Binder obtained their first degree in Mechatronics and Control Engineering from Cologne University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. After that, they pursued further education in Industrial Engineering at AKAD University from 2002 to 2005, earning a degree as Dipl.-Wirt.-Ing.(FH).
