Dr. Thomas MacSay

Dr. Thomas Macsay has a diverse work experience in the field of healthcare and naturopathic medicine. Dr. Thomas is currently working as the Clinical Director at iThriveMD since August 2021. Additionally, they are a Mycologist/Consultant. Dr. Thomas previously worked as a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine at their own practice, Dr. Thomas Macsay, ND, starting in September 2020. Prior to that, they co-founded Sunshine Rituals, a company specializing in natural health products. Dr. Thomas has also worked as the COO/Formulator at Heaven & Earth Medicinals and as a Medical Advisor and Formulator at Aneu Apothecary. Dr. Macsay has held leadership positions as the VP of Membership at the Naturopathic Medical Student Association (NMSA) and as the Lead Planner for the Restore the Vis Retreat at the Association for Naturopathic Revitilization. Dr. Thomas has also gained experience in teaching and student support roles at Bastyr University California.

Dr. Thomas Macsay has a diverse education history. Dr. Thomas earned a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Arizona State University in the years 2009 to 2013. Later, they pursued a Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University California, specializing in Naturopathic Medicine and Naturopathy from 2014 to 2019. Dr. Macsay also obtained a Doctorate of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science, specializing in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, spanning from 2016 to 2019. Additionally, they have completed a Master Massage program from Southwest Institute of Healing Arts and obtained a certification as a personal trainer.
