Erik Overby has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Their most recent position at ITility, LLC was as the VP of Technology and Business Development, where they established an R&D and Engineering Division. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Operations at ITility, LLC, overseeing the construction of a renewable energy plant. Erik also held the role of Capture Manager at the company, successfully winning two proposals that contributed to a $10 million increase in annual revenue. Before joining ITility, LLC, Erik was the CEO & President of OO Logistics, where they secured maintenance service contracts for 10 trucking fleets. Erik also worked as a Capture Manager at Northrop Grumman, where they developed international pursuits valued at $500 million. In addition, Erik served as a Program Manager at CSC, overseeing operations in Iraq and Afghanistan and leading a team of 300 employees. Erik has also held academic roles as a Professor of Military Science at the University of Missouri-Columbia and as an Executive Officer of an Infantry battalion in direct combat in Baghdad, Iraq.
Erik Overby obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in History/Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. Erik further pursued their education by earning a Master of Arts degree in History from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, completing their studies from 1999 to 2001.
