Terry Ross

Terry Ross is a seasoned Command Deployment Manager with extensive experience in the United States Air Force and related organizations. Currently at ITility, LLC since January 2022, Terry ensures the accurate reporting of Designed Operational Capability statements in the Defense Readiness Reporting System for United States Air Force Europe Civil Engineer directorates. Previously, at Decypher Technologies, Inc., Terry managed similar responsibilities for Major Command reporting involving 11 USAFE Civil Engineer units. Terry's military career spans over two decades with the United States Air Force, holding various leadership positions including Section Chief, Military Appropriation Personal Function Area Manager, and Command Prime Base Emergency Engineering Force Manager. Terry's educational background includes an Associate's degree in Construction Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
