Isabel Santos

Isabel Santos has extensive work experience in the software engineering and project management field. Isabel started their career at IMUSA Inc. in 2014 as a Gestion de Procesos consultant. Isabel then worked at ServicePro as a Software Project Manager/Scrum Master from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, they joined zipdev as a Scrum Master and later moved on to CrossLabs as a Project Manager/Scrum Master in 2017. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at SofuLabs as a Software Project Manager. In 2018, they joined Integon Service Co. as a Software QA Analyst. In 2019, they worked at College Power as a Director Of Operations/Scrum Master and then as a Scrum Master at Solar Turbines. In 2020, they worked at ITJuana and Dexcom as a Software Engineer Supervisor.

Isabel Santos pursued a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from ISU Universidad from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed a degree in Software from Instituto tecnológico de Los Mochis between 1996 and 2000. In 2013, they attended CESUN to study Japanese, although the completion status of their degree is unknown.

Isabel has also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In July 2020, they completed the "SCRUM FOUNDATIONS, Preparación en MICURSO´LAND®" certification from CertiProf. In September 2015, they obtained the Scrum Master certification from the International Scrum Institute™. In November 2020, they earned the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance. Additionally, they have obtained the Certified Agile Leader certification from the Scrum Alliance with three different variations: CAL-E, CAL-O, and CAL-T, in October 2021. Lastly, they obtained the Lifelong Learning certification from CertiProf in August 2020.
