Previously, they served as a Personnel Diagnostician, Trainer, and Consultant at SCREEN Group from 2013 to 2015, where they specialized in conducting assessment centers and recruitment strategies for the automotive industry. Lukas held various roles in organizational and personnel development at ITK Engineering since 2015, overseeing global training operations and health management initiatives. They also completed internships and projects in strategic executive development and HR strategy during their time with Lufthansa and MoRe Data GmbH. Lukas earned a Diplom in Psychology from Philipps-Universität Marburg.
