Eric Poland is a registered patent attorney with extensive experience in the preparation and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent applications, currently serving as the Attorney and Patent Group Leader at Losey PLLC since 2024. Previously, Eric spent over a decade at Armstrong Teasdale LLP, focusing on the mechanical arts and providing practical solutions to entrepreneurs and inventors. Eric’s background in engineering enhances their ability to guide clients through patent infringement analyses and litigation matters. Eric began their legal career as a law clerk at Sundstrom Friedman & Fumero and Hopping Green & Sams, P.A. after earning a degree from Florida State University.
