We help organizations to become truly customer-centric and thus sustainably secure their competitive advantages.

We innovate and consult.
· As innovators, we create products, processes, business models and services with our clients.
· As consultants, we bring our clients forward in innovation and digital strategies as well as in cultural change.

From digital transformation, development of a value proposition, business model innovation or conversion to design of customer interaction: We combine an agile approach, human-centered action, business and technology understanding with strategic vision to help our clients find their unique solutions for success. Our work is fueled by methods of Design Thinking, helping companies to “see” and “feel” the future.

Founded in 2008 as a spin-off of University of St. Gallen (HSG), we enjoy scientifically sound work and can draw on numerous publications in innovation management and digital transformation as well as networks. Thus, we bring the latest and practically relevant research findings wherever we go.

In the past years we worked for market leading companies in almost every industry.
