Balihar Khalsa

Balihar Khalsa currently serves as the Acting Director of Corporate Communications and Head of Press and Public Affairs at ITN since September 2020. Prior to this role, Balihar Khalsa was the Senior Communications Officer at BECTU Sector of Prospect from July 2018 to September 2020, and held the position of Media Officer at Prospect union from November 2017 to July 2018. Balihar Khalsa has extensive freelance experience as a Shooting Producer/Director and Shooting Assistant Producer from December 2016 to November 2017, and worked as a Current Affairs Development Researcher at CTVC from February to September 2014. Earlier roles include Researcher for Channel 4's Unreported World at Quicksilver Media and a C4 Investigative Journalism Trainee at October Films. Balihar Khalsa began a career in journalism as a Senior Reporter at Broadcast from November 2010 to June 2013 and as a Reporter at Mobile Magazine from April 2009 to November 2010.
