Iram Sarwar

Iram Sarwar is a seasoned journalist with extensive experience in news production and editorial roles. Currently serving as a News Editor for Channel 4 News on secondment from ITN since July 2018, Iram has also held positions such as Social Affairs Producer and Producer at ITV News, where responsibilities included creating high-quality news packages and leading digital coverage. Previous roles include Production Journalist at ITV News Central, where Iram specialized in regional news output, a contributor to The Huffington Post, and a London360 Reporter for Community Channel. Iram's career began as Deputy Editor of Live Magazine UK and included a notable role as a Young Reporter for the International Olympic Committee during the London 2012 Games. Iram holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from King's College London.
