Tim Carter

Tim Carter is an experienced programme and technical director specializing in news and sports broadcasting. Currently serving as a freelance programme director and technical director for ITN, Tim has directed news bulletins for Channel Five News and ITV News since April 2018. Tim's previous roles include serving as the lead director for Yahoo Sports' "The 32" during the 2018 World Cup and leading afternoon programming at Sky News for over five years. With a history of vision mixing and directing for various networks, including Sky Sports and ITV, Tim possesses a diverse skill set honed over a career that began in 1998 after graduating with a BA (hons) in Professional Broadcasting from Ravensbourne University London.
