Michelle May started their work experience as a Warehouse Manager at Turf Equipment & Irrigation, Inc. in 1996, where they managed warehouse operations and logistics. Michelle also supervised and trained personnel and coordinated resources and scheduling with other company divisions. In 2013, they joined Solutionreach, Inc. as an IT Support staff, providing technical assistance. The following year, they worked at BioFire Diagnostics, LLC as a Software Support Engineer, installing and troubleshooting internal software running on medical devices. In 2014, they moved to SirsiDynix as a Computer Technician, providing IT support for internal users and managing access and building servers. From 2015 to 2017, they joined Solutionreach, Inc. again, this time as an IT Support / Cisco Telephony Administrator, providing IT support for internal users and acting as the primary administrator for all Cisco telephony systems. Finally, in 2018, they became the Fulfillment Operations Manager at iTOVi.
Michelle May obtained an Associate's degree in Information Systems- Networking from Salt Lake Community College from 2008 to 2012. Michelle then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology at Utah State University from 2017 to 2018. In 2021, Michelle obtained a Google Project Management Certificate from Coursera. Additionally, they hold various certifications such as the Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance, Cisco CCNA Routing and Switching, A+ CE from CompTIA, Network + from CompTIA, and various certifications from FEMA including IS-700b, IS-800d, IS-200.C, and IS-00100c.
