Imke Geschiere

Imke Geschiere is an experienced professional in training, recruitment, and operations, currently serving as a Soft Skills Trainer and involved in Talent & Operations at iTrainee since February 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Recruitment Consultant at Flex Pons Personeelsdiensten and various roles in sales at Albert Heijn from August 2013 to August 2021. Imke also contributed as a Talentscout for The NextGen and was a member of the program committee at Tilburg University, focusing on educational program improvements. Active involvement with the Study Association POLIS included organizing activities and contributions to publications. Imke holds a Master's degree in People Management for Global and Social Challenges and a Bachelor's degree in Organization Studies, both from Tilburg University.
