iTRecruiter is a cutting-edge Talent Acquisition Startup, originally founded in Portugal and now expanding its operations to Brazil. Our mission is to revolutionize the recruitment industry by seamlessly integrating advanced technology with the invaluable human touch.

By leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI), ChatGPT, and sophisticated automation tools, we streamline the hiring process, delivering faster, more precise talent searches. At the heart of our approach lies a commitment to building thriving communities, nurtured through our social initiatives, ensuring a strong network of top-tier professionals.

How We Work
When a client submits a hiring requirement, our AI-powered system instantly scans and analyzes data from key professional platforms such as LinkedIn, Behance, and GitHub. Our technology evaluates a candidate’s skills, technologies, certifications, experience, and location, generating an accurate percentage match in as little as 20 to 60 minutes.

But technology alone isn't enough—our expertise goes beyond algorithms. Once potential candidates are identified, we conduct a series of tailored interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral evaluations. This comprehensive vetting process ensures that each professional we recommend is not only technically proficient but also the right cultural fit for the client’s organization.

With a seamless fusion of AI-driven precision and expert human insight, iTRecruiter delivers the perfect match—faster, smarter, and with unparalleled accuracy.
