Aaron Lapat

Aaron Lapat is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Park Square Executive Search, a firm dedicated to supporting companies and institutions focused on discovery, innovation, and growth, with a diverse clientele that includes technology and life sciences companies, major research universities, and venture capital firms. Additionally, Aaron serves on the Board of Directors for itrek, a non-profit organization that fosters leadership engagement with Israel on critical global issues. Prior to these roles, Aaron was the Managing Director at J. Robert Scott, where responsibilities included building and managing a global Technology practice across multiple key cities. Aaron holds a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and an MBA from Boston University.
