Javier Neiman

Javier Neiman has diverse work experience in finance and business consulting.

Javier started their career as a Co-Founder and Finance Director at Neykos Sudamericana SRL in Buenos Aires, Argentina, from 1987 to 1992. Javier oversaw various responsibilities, including contracting, business development, and strategic planning. Javier successfully negotiated with Konica Corporation to become the sole agent for the local market and organized the import department, obtaining credit lines of $3 million.

After that, Javier co-founded Photolinea SRL in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 1992. As the Finance Director, they managed finance, operations, and administration, conducted business development and strategic planning, and researched retail markets for store locations. This chain of highly successful photo retail outlets offered photographic services and products.

In 2001, Javier worked as a Finance Manager at the Northeast Regional Epilepsy Group in White Plains, NY. Javier managed the daily operations for the company's epilepsy medical practices in six NY State hospitals.

From 2002 to 2005, they served as a Business and Financial Consultant for several companies, providing consulting services.

Javier then took on the role of Controller/Finance Manager at Azertia USA Inc., an Indra company, from 2005 to 2009. Javier managed financial operations and provided financial leadership.

Javier worked as a Financial and Business Consultant from 2009 to 2011 before joining the Temple Israel Center of White Plains in 2011 as a Finance Manager. In this role, they managed financial and administrative functions, including staff management and reporting. Javier was responsible for financial reporting, planning, and forecasting, cash flow analysis, accounts payable, and annual budgets. Javier implemented changes to the Accounts Receivable processes to reduce collection cycles and reorganized financial reporting procedures, resulting in increased efficiency, accuracy, and transparency. Javier also worked closely with internal groups, auditors, accountants, and third parties, and acted as a liaison with the Board of Trustees and Executive Committee.

In 2022, Javier joined itrek as a Finance Manager.

Javier Neiman holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
