Tal Giniger

Tal Giniger has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and positions. In 2004, Tal started as an Account Manager at Tamir Fishman, where they worked until 2007. From 2007 to 2008, they took on the role of Project Manager at Ernst & Young. Following that, Tal joined Unilever in 2008, initially as an Economist in the Marketing Department, then as a Senior Economist in the Customer Development Department, and finally as the Overheads Finance Manager until 2015. In 2016, Tal joined Matomy as a Finance Manager, later transitioning to the role of Senior Finance Manager until 2019. During this time, they gained experience in media advertising and technology. From 2019 to 2020, Tal worked as a Corporate Finance Consultant as a freelance, self-employed professional. In 2020, Tal joined UJA-Federation of New York as a Senior Financial Analyst and later became the Director of Agency Financial Management. Currently, Tal holds the position of Senior Director of Finance and Administration at itrek, starting from 2023.

Tal Giniger pursued their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree, with a major in Finance, from Reichman University between 2007 and 2009. Prior to that, they received their Bachelor's Degree in Life Science and Economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, from 2001 to 2005.
