Vanessa Onsa is an experienced hospitality professional with a demonstrated history in the industry, currently serving as General Manager at iTrip®. Previously, Vanessa held roles such as Assistant General Manager at Hotel Deco and Operations Manager at Renaissance Hotels. With a strong background in guest relations, team building, sales, and problem solving, Vanessa was awarded Toledo City Paper’s best margarita from 2014 to 2019 during a notable tenure as Beverage Manager at El Camino Real Mexican Rest. Vanessa is pursuing an Associate's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management at Owens Community College.
