Arun Tikoo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development, technical management, and customer support within the technology and metering sectors. Currently serving as a Product Development Manager at Itron since July 2011, Arun has successfully transformed manual device setups into fully remote functionalities, implemented advanced systems for TATA Power, and established a smart demonstration lab illustrating various communication modes. Prior to Itron, Arun held roles at Actaris, including IT and Customer Support, where responsibilities included the commission of automated test benches and BIS certification management, and earlier as an IT Admin managing ERP systems.
