At Centerline Solutions from September 2017 to July 2019, Brad served as Washington Market Manager, overseeing the Development Services division focused on site acquisition for cellular projects. As a Senior System Performance Engineer and Senior Operations Manager at Verizon Wireless from 2008 to 2013, Brad directed performance optimization and provided strategic leadership for network operations in multiple regions. Further roles included Radio Frequency Engineer, contributing to cellular site planning and E911 deployment.
