Ricardo Lopez has extensive experience in product management and engineering, primarily at Itron, Inc., where roles have included Product Management Solutions Architect, Sr R&D Manager, Senior Product Manager, and Principal Engineer from 2001 to the present. Prior to Itron, Ricardo served as a Sr. Research Engineer at Summus from 1999 to 2001 and as a Senior Engineer at Evans & Sutherland from 1997 to 2001. Ricardo holds a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida.
