Richard Marll

Richard Marll brings extensive experience in human resources and global rewards, having served at Itron, Inc. from May 2008 to July 2021 in various leadership roles. As Director of Global Rewards, Richard developed and led compensation, benefits, and global mobility programs tailored to the needs of team members across over 30 locations, aligning initiatives with organizational objectives. Prior roles included serving as a strategic business partner to senior leadership and overseeing human resources efforts across North America, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific. Richard holds an MBA from Gonzaga University and a BA in Business with a focus on Human Resource Management from Eastern Washington University.
