Tom Pedersen

Tom Pedersen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical management and proposal processes across various technology sectors. At Itron, Inc., since January 2018, Tom has served as a Senior Technical Manager, successfully launching a proposal and technical response automation system for global deal desk teams. Previously, as a Senior Technical Proposal Manager at Silver Spring Networks from February 2010 to December 2017, Tom oversaw complex RFP processes focused on technologies such as AMI and IoT. Earlier roles include Product Marketing Specialist at Aeris Communications, where Tom managed product roadmaps and launched marketing initiatives, as well as serving as Product & Marketing Manager at N-Soft in Paris, handling global exhibitions and market research. Tom began the career as a Network Engineer at Pacific Blue Micro, progressing to Director of Internet Services. Tom holds a BS in Business Administration/Finance from Cal State East Bay.
