Gregory Caldwell

Gregory Caldwell has worked in a variety of roles in the finance and data analytics industries. In 2021, they began working as a Data Analyst II at iTrustCapital, where they are primarily tasked with operational reporting and assisting other departments to determine bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and operational goals by using Excel, SQL, Tableau, and other raw data from third-party vendors. Gregory also created an operational cohort model to track customer conversion rates, applicable costs and profits associated with each cohort, and other actionable items which are used as the basis for future business strategies. Additionally, they co-launched and managed the customer referral program, helped reorganize the Zendesk customer support interface, and co-authored the CX manual. In 2021, they also took on a role as a Digital Asset Trading/Advising. In 2020, they worked as a Financial Advisor - Pep program at Equitable Advisors. In 2019, they worked as a Financial Analyst at Pacific Western Bank. In 2017, they worked as a Summer Financial Analyst at Morgan Stanley, where they performed fundamental valuation, research, and analysis for a variety of securities. In 2016, they worked as a Summer FSR Intern at Monster Energy, where they focused on large store sales and worked with the Rancho Cucamonga Coke-Cola office.

Gregory Caldwell obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Finance, General from Baylor University between 2015 and 2019. In 2020, they began attending UCLA Extension and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Finance. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Google Analytics, the California Department of Insurance, NASAA, and FINRA.
