Kevin Maloney

Kevin Maloney is the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), Interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and spokesperson for iTrustCapital. He has 25 years of experience in C-level leadership roles with more than a dozen early-late stage private and public technology, real estate, blockchain, and financial services companies. Kevin enjoys building and managing productive teams and executing clearly defined strategic initiatives leveraging a broad range of hands-on experience in business development, marketing, operations, capital markets, compliance, and investor relations roles.

Kevin is skilled at establishing, cultivating, and managing client, partner, media, and investor relationships resulting in increased company sales, exposure, funding, and shareholder value. He has led more than 1,100 early-mid stage investor presentations, conducted 100+ corporate and institutional road shows, and raised nearly $250M in capital for several companies that he was involved in as co-founder, early executive, advisor, or angel investor.

Early in his financial services career, Kevin served as Compliance Officer and Principal at PIMCO, one of the largest fixed income asset managers in the world (~1.8T AUM), followed by a VP of institutional marketing role at First American Trust, a subsidiary of Fortune 500 company, First American Financial Corp. (NYSE:FAF).

Kevin earned his B.A. from UC Irvine and a M.B.A. from Pepperdine University. He resides in Newport Beach with his wife and two children and enjoys spending time outdoors and coaching his kid’s sports teams.
