Boosting Your Sales… It’s All In The Mind.

It’s All The Mind has one simple purpose – to help businesses increase profitability by improving the performance of their sales teams. Using an evidence-based approach to instil positive mindsets our programmes drive improved performance in the people responsible for winning new business – whether they identify themselves as sales professionals or not.

It’s All In The Mind was established as a partnership between two sales consultancy businesses with a combined experience of over 60 years in sales and sales leadership. Nick Banyard of FutureStory Consultancy and Simon de Ferrer, of MHR Business Growth met at a sales conference. They found they shared a strong belief in common sense sales principles, and not 80s negative selling tactics.

What makes It’s All in The Mind unique is that it uses tried and tested cognitive behavioural techniques identified by the behavioural phycologists behind Sales Motivations. Employing scientifically proven psychological approaches to performance development, Sales Motivations looks beyond typical sales training, driving positive mindsets, to deliver more enduring results.
