Jay Mistry

Jay Mistry is an experienced Operations Manager at It's Fresh!, overseeing manufacturing and logistics processes since February 2018, ensuring efficient production from raw material procurement to customer delivery while maintaining health and safety standards. Prior to this role, Jay served as a Senior Technician, managing laboratory operations and supervising staff to ensure quality control and developmental testing using Agilent GCs. Jay's career began as a Lab Technician at SUEZ UK and included a position as a Customer Assistant at Next Retail Ltd. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Sheffield Hallam University, completed in 2016, and received education at Caroline Chisholm School from 2006 to 2013.
