Frank Leinbach

Frank Leinbach possesses extensive experience in software development and project leadership, currently serving as a Senior Software Architect at ITS - Internet Testing Systems since July 1997, where responsibilities include evaluating and developing software solutions for computer-based examinations. Prior roles include Information Specialist with the Maryland Air National Guard, Software Engineer at Sylvan Prometric, and multiple positions as a Software Engineer and Czech Linguist Interrogator with various organizations, including the Army National Guard and US Army. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Towson University and an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Anne Arundel Community College.
