David Betteridge

David Betteridge has a diverse background in cyber security and management roles spanning nearly two decades, including experience in the U.S. Army and Army National Guard. David has demonstrated expertise in creating cyber incident response plans, developing procedures, and designing cybersecurity scripts to aid in incident response. David has experience managing security clearances, overseeing physical, information, industrial, and operations security in large military units. Finally, they are experienced in handling communication systems, ensuring their maintenance and accountability to support military objectives.

David Betteridge completed a Certificate of Completion in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from SecureSet in 2019. In 2013, they obtained a Security+ CE certification from CompTIA. David obtained the Certified Information Systems Security Professional certification from (ISC)² in 2015 and the GIAC Security Essentials - GSEC certification, the GIAC Certified Incident Handler certification, and the GIAC Certified Enterprise Defender - GCED certification from GIAC Certifications in 2016. In 2016, they obtained the Certified Ethical Hacker certification from EC-Council. David also obtained EC-Council's Certified Chief Information Security Officer certification from EC-Council in June 2020.
