Jace Anders is a seasoned contracting and acquisition leader with over 20 years of experience in federal procurement, focusing on defense acquisitions and program strategy. They have a proven track record of managing high-value contracts exceeding $160M annually and leading large teams to enhance procurement efficiency and compliance. During their tenure with the United States Air Force, Jace supervised numerous personnel, directed major defense procurement operations, and developed strategic acquisition initiatives across various programs. Jace currently serves as the Director of Contracts at ITS, LLC, while holding an active Top Secret/SCI clearance. Jace earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Sciences from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master’s Degree in Human Factors Engineering from Wright State University.
