Mark Proctor

Mark Proctor has a work history that started in the US Army in 2005 where they served as a Signal Intelligence Analyst Non-Commissioned Officer until 2010. In 2010, they began working at Parsons Corporation as a Senior Requirements Engineer, where they managed requirements for various information systems and was responsible for training and curriculum. Mark worked at Parsons Corporation until January 2022. Currently, they work as a Scrum Master at ITS, LLC as of January 2022.

Mark Proctor received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Hardin-Simmons University in the years 1994-1997. Fifteen years later, they completed their Master's degree in Project Management from Colorado Technical University between the years 2013-2015. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including Professional Scrum Master 1, Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM), TechSmith Camtasia 2021 Explorer, and SAFe Agilist Certification Certification, which were earned in 2020 and 2021.
