Currently exploring a strategic partnership with an established management company to expand infrastructure and continue scaling the careers of the artists on our roster.

With two decades of experience in music, we help artists and their brands grow, thrive, and reach new audiences through strategic development, marketing, and operational leadership. IT’S OKAY MGT has overseen 4× revenue growth and 10× increases in streaming and social presence for our artists while negotiating record and distribution deals, publishing agreements, and major touring and festival opportunities.

2025 marked a breakthrough year for IT’S OKAY MGT, with artists collectively grossing over 25M streams, 900K playlist adds, and placement on 70+ official Spotify playlists such as New Music Friday, Salt, Fresh Finds, GLOW US + Canada, and multiple playlist covers including Glow Songwriters, Soda, young & free, and more. Artists also collectively gained 30K new Spotify followers and 50K+ followers across social media within the year.

Touring milestones included North America support for TX2, Delilah Bon, Pom Pom Squad, Beach Bunny, and more, plus festivals such as Lollapalooza, All Things Go, Capitol Hill Block Party, SXSW, and Warped Tour. IT’S OKAY MGT artists played multiple sold-out shows across Los Angeles, NYC, Portland, Seattle, Glasgow, and Chicago.

We had multiple sync placements throughout 2025 with Apple TV’s The Buccaneers, Netflix’s Never Have I Ever and Forever, and PlayStation’s Dispatch (1 million copies sold within the 1st week), and our artists have been featured in Rolling Stone, Billboard, EARMILK, Fader, Spin, PAPER, LADYGUNN, and more.

Alongside management, we’ve built innovative community-focused projects such as It’s Okay Friends, a queer music network based in Los Angeles. Our work sits at the intersection of creativity, strategic execution, and artist-first leadership - turning vision into results and sustainable careers.
