Ben Miles has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ben Miles pursued their education in a diverse range of fields. Ben started their academic journey in 1995 at the State University of New York at Fredonia, where they obtained a Bachelor of Music (B.M.) degree in Music Education in 1999. Continuing their studies, they then attended Penn State University from 1999 to 2001, earning a Master of Music (M.M.) degree in Performance.

Seeking further expertise, Ben Miles enrolled at Michigan State University from 2001 to 2005, where they pursued a Doctor of Musical Arts (D.M.A.) degree in Performance. Finally, they completed their education at DePaul University between 2016 and 2019, focusing on Game Programming and receiving a Master of Science (M.S.) degree.
