Roy Atkinson

Roy Atkinson is the CEO and Principal Advisor at Clifton Butterfield, LLC, a business advisory firm specializing in service management and customer experience, since July 2013. Atkinson serves on the Strategic Advisory Board for HDI and contributes to the ITSM.tools community. Additionally, Atkinson is a podcaster for Reach Your Do Point® and an Institute Fellow at the Institute for Digital Transformation, focusing on the transition from the Industrial Era to the Digital Era. Previous roles include Group Principal Analyst and Senior Writer/Analyst at Informa Tech, as well as various leadership positions within HDI Local Chapters and Toastmasters. Atkinson's educational background includes advanced management strategy from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business.
