Claire Agutter

Claire Agutter has a long and varied work experience in the IT industry. Claire began their career in 2003 as a Service Analyst at Gaz de France. Claire then moved on to Centrix in 2005 as a Service Management Consultant, followed by NHS Connecting for Health in 2006 as a Supplier Management and Service Migration Specialist. In 2007, they took on the role of Principal Lecturer/Consultant at QA (formerly Remarc).

In 2012, Agutter became an EU Representative on the ATO Advisory Council, and in 2013 they joined the board of itSMF UK as a Service Development Board Member. In 2016, they became Director at Scopism and in 2020 they took on the role of Non Executive Director at Digital Clarity. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Bloor Research as a Navigator - Associate.

Claire Agutter has a diverse educational background. Claire completed an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology in September 2019. Claire has also participated in the Goldman Sachs 10000 Small Business Program. Prior to that, they attended Heckmondwike Grammar School. In addition, they have several certifications, including VeriSM Foundation from EXIN your ICT competence partner (obtained in 2018), Certified Agile Service Manager from DevOps Institute (obtained in 2015), RESILIA Practitioner from AXELOS Global Best Practice (obtained in 2015), DevOps Foundation from DevOps Institute (obtained in 2015), PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner from AXELOS (obtained in 2015), COBIT 5 Foundation from APMG International (obtained in 2013), and PRINCE2 Practitioner from APMG International (obtained in 2013). Claire also has Foundation Certificates in Business Analysis from ISEB and ISO/IEC20000 from BCS. Finally, they have certifications in ITIL Expert and OBASHI Foundation Certificate from APMG.
