Amber Drayton

Amber Drayton, MSHR, has extensive experience in the recruiting field, currently serving as a Senior Recruiting Officer at MARTA since February 2017, where responsibilities include hiring for various levels of positions and managing the return of employees after extended absences. Previously, Amber worked as a Recruiting Officer II at MARTA from 2005 to 2017, guiding applicants through the full recruiting cycle and utilizing the applicant tracking system. Amber holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Generalist from Strayer University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Saint Leo University, along with an Associate of Arts from Bauder College.
