John Helliwell

John Helliwell is currently the Chief Estimator at MARTA (Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority), a position they have held since 2016. With over 35 years of experience in government construction and contracting, John has also worked as a Cost Analyst and Senior Estimator at MARTA since 2007. They previously contributed to VT Griffin as a Senior Cost Analyst from 2004 to 2007 and held various roles in project management, safety, and quality control with J.A. Jones Management Services, Inc. from 1994 to 2004. John is proficient in Microsoft software and specialized estimating tools, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of diverse construction management aspects.
