Jon Gordon is an accomplished transportation professional with extensive experience in customer and employee engagement. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Engagement at MARTA since April 2022, Jon previously held multiple roles at Los Angeles Metro, including Interim Sr. Transportation Planner and Community Liaison Officer for Homeless Outreach & Strategic Planning. Jon's earlier career included a position as a Creative Specialist and professional work as a consultant, public speaker, published author, and musician from 2000 to 2017. Additionally, Jon served as a Transport Manager at AXA Transport from 2011 to 2015. Jon's educational background includes studies at Northeastern Illinois University and City Colleges of Chicago-Harold Washington College.
