Larry Joyner is an experienced professional in project management and training within the transportation sector. Currently serving as an MTI Project Manager at the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority since June 2013, Larry oversees Initiative Teams and Projects as part of MARTA's Transformation Initiative Program. Previously, Larry held the position of Chief of Training at MARTA from 2008 to May 2013. Larry holds a Master of Education (MEd) in Strategic Organizational Development from The University of Georgia, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
