Marcella Morris

Marcella Morris is a Ph.D. in Political Science who currently serves as a Senior Performance Analyst at MARTA. Previously, they held various positions, including Research Consultant at the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism (START) and intern roles at the U.S. Department of Energy and the Office of Senator Scott P. Brown. Marcella's education includes a Doctorate from Emory University and a Master’s in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University. They have also gained international experience with a study abroad program in International Relations at The American University of Rome.
