Matthew Pollack

Matthew Pollack, PE, currently serves as the Acting Assistant General Manager for Capital Programs Delivery at MARTA, where responsibilities include overseeing the delivery of the Annual Capital Program. Pollack also holds the position of Program Director at Jacobs, leading the JRMT joint venture. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President and Practice Lead for Program Management & Systems Engineering at Marine Tiger Technologies and Executive Director for Transit Development and Delivery at MTA Maryland, where Pollack managed the $5.6 billion Purple Line Light Rail Project. Additional roles at HNTB involved senior management and program leadership for transit clients, while earlier tenure at AECOM included establishing and directing the Metropolitan Atlanta Transit Consultants. Pollack began their career at Westinghouse Electric Company after earning a BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering & Math from Carnegie Mellon University and an MS in Electrical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University.
