Brian Rauls

Brian Rauls serves as the Chief Financial Officer at ITSRAPID since January 2022 and is also a Partner at TechCXO, where Brian provides on-demand CFO services for emerging growth and technology companies. Rauls has a strong background in financial leadership, having held CFO positions at companies such as VibeIQ, Content Analytics, and Certona, where responsibilities included managing financial operations, strategic financing, and investor relations. Prior experience includes serving as the President of BMR Financial Services and VP of Corporate Finance at New Century Mortgage, along with a consultancy role focused on restructuring troubled companies. Rauls holds a BA in Operations Management from California State University, Fullerton.
