Frédéric Agelan

Frédéric Agelan has extensive work experience in project management and IT roles. Frédéric currently works as a Senior Project Manager at ITSS since August 2021. Previously, they worked at Eurofins as a Group IT Quality - QMS Program - IT Manager from December 2013 to June 2021. In this role, they were responsible for managing various projects and products related to Quality Management across multiple countries. Prior to that, they worked at EFSA as a Project and Product Manager for MAPS Engineering from March 2012 to March 2013. Frédéric'sresponsibilities included managing data collection projects and collaborating with various teams within the organization. Before EFSA, they were the Business founder and General Manager at BIALIS from September 2007 to March 2012. Frédéric also has experience in IT developments and project management at SMILE from July 2000 to August 2007, and as an IT Technical Manager at AGRISOFT from September 1999 to April 2000.

Frédéric Agelan attended Avignon Université from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a Diplôme d'ingénieur, a Master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science Engineering. In 2002, they obtained the Oracle 8 Certified Database Administrator certification from the New Horizon Computer Learning Center in Marseille, France. In subsequent years, Frédéric obtained several ITIL certifications. In 2013, they earned the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN, as well as the Prince2 Foundation certification. Frédéric also obtained the ITIL Intermediate Planning, Protection and Optimization (PPO) Certificate from SYSOP and the Prince2 Practitioner certification from APM Group in the same year. In 2014, they received the ITIL Intermediate - Operational Support and Analysis (OSA) Certificate from Purple Griffon IT Training and Consultancy. In 2015, Frédéric obtained the ITIL Intermediate - IT Service Offerings and Agreements (SOA) certification from Purple Griffon Limited. Finally, in 2016, they obtained the ITIL - Managing Across the LifeCycle (MALC) certification from Purple Griffon.
