Eric Hare

Eric Hare, MBA, is an accomplished operations leader currently serving as the Executive Director and Site Leader at ITT Aerospace Controls. With a strong background in manufacturing, Hare has successfully led large teams and managed complex projects, achieving significant improvements in delivery and cost reduction. Previously, Hare held key roles at GE, Sun Hydraulics Corporation, and Grainger, where they demonstrated expertise in operations management, continuous improvement, and P&L responsibilities. Hare's educational background includes an MBA from Anderson University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida, alongside an AAS in Electro-mechanical Technology from Blackhawk Technical College.
